Biography of Me:
My name is Brandon Pate and I have been in the DM program for far to long it seems. When I was a kid my family worked in Virtual Reality in the late 80's and early 90's so I grew up in a tech based world. When I was a kid I spent a lot of time with my dad down here at UCF and IST with the toy scouts. My family went to Siggraph, and I was modeling before I could read. It was just the life I grew up in. But then I went into real kid school and stopped paying attention to the technology world until I got into college. I spent a lot of time programing in Junior College and still enjoy it today, I couldn't model a beach ball these days if you asked me to.
This is my last semester here at UCF, I would like to get a Masters Degree from UF eventually but I haven't decided when. I want to work for a little while first, I have been in school for a long time now with no breaks. Right now I live in Orlando, and plan to stay here after graduation working at the Digital Media building on a video game based on ethics that is being written in the torque engine. Other than that we will just see where life takes me.
